PETITIONS FOJ-l DIVORCE.
The following petitions for divorce were heard by Mr Justice Edwaids afe the Supreme Court on Thursdiy: Harry Stewart Mr Mackay), Wanganui, v. Edith Stewart and Uany Walker. A decree nisi, to he madu absolute in tree mouths, was granted, without costs. Samuel Woodill Mr Mackay;, farmer, Wanganui, v. Miry Agnes WcodilZ and Edward Green. A decree nisi, to be made absolute i.i chroe months was granted. Robert Pownie (Mr Armstrong), »;t Wanganui, v. Bella Downie, Farni Bay, and William Ruthven, "V\hai)garei. A decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, >vi*h costs on thelowest scale, was gran red. John C. Young (Mr Treadwell), Fordell, v. Agnes Young, and Guilo Bonini. A decree nisi, ro be made absolute in three months, was granted, the petitioner also being given of the children. Charles W. Camptoi (Mr Mackay., Wanganui, v Gertrun? Camp ton and Alexander Clark A decree nisi, to bemade absolute in Cireo months, with' costs on the highest scale, was granted. Eliza Archer (Mr Johnstone), TaThape, v. Herbert J. -ircher. A decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, with costs on the highest scale was granted. Jessie Catherine Hall v. Arthur T. Hall. A decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, with costs on the highest scale, was granteu.
P> A.XKRUPTCY A PPLTOATIONS. On the application of Mr McCaul. motions of discharge from bankruptcy were granted to W. T. Ashton. P. W. Phillips, and H. M. Downs.
