ANOTHER INSTANCE OF GERMANY'S ILL TREATMENT. LONDON, May 24. A German Gazette publishes a fantastic story of a meeting in 1911 between a German traveller in South Africa and General Townshend, who confided Lord Roberts's plan of an Anglo-French invasion of Germany. The paper publishes other similar ncnesense. The journal adds: This is further proof of the Allies' plots against Germany.
