i THE TRIAL FIXED FOR 26th JUNE. * • - (Reed. 9.40 a.m.). LONDON, May 25. The Special Grand Jury returned true bills against Casement and Balltey. This is the third occasion in 76 years that a Grand Jury has "beelP'empannelled on a treason charge, the previous ones being in the case of Edward Oxford, in 1840, for attempting to s-hoot Queen Victoria and Colonel Lynch in 1902. Mr. Reading has been assigned council for defence, and the trial is fixed for 26th June.
