PRISONERS STILL AT KUT. Received May 23. at 1.15 a.m. LONDON, May 22. Official advices from Constantinoplethrough the United States show that General Townshend and his staff are quartered on Prinkepo Island, where they are allowed their full liberty. The majority of prisoners are still at Rut and Bagdad: some are to go to Damascus'.
