MILLS ESTABLISHED IN CANADA. AVOIDING SWEDISH PROHIBITION (Reed. 11.15 a.m.). LONDON, May 22. English papermakers are establishing a mill in Canada, for making sulphide pulp, so as to secure freedom, from Swedish supplies, which are now prohibited.
