Two officers and 15 men were imprisoned in a cellar of the Post Office. Some bombs were placed outside their door. The prisoners asked if they must be left to burn like rats in a trap. The rebels opened a side door liberating them into the streets, but fired a volley, killing two hostages, and wounding a lieutenant. ANOTHER SEPPELIN TROUBLE. V L 9 APPARENTLY BADDY DAMAGED.
