The attention of all persons' concerned is directed to the By-Law and. any person failing or neglecting to comply therewith-.will render himself liable to prosecution. NOTICE is hereby given that the contractor to the Council will visit premises within the' Borough for the removal of refuse and • nightsoil at least once weekly. Section IS9 of the Borough By-Laws provides that every person shall be guilty of an offence who removes refuse or nightsoil where a contract is existing. The contractor has been instructed to report all cases where the receptacles provided do not conform to the By-Laws, with a view to proceedings being taken to enforce same. The attention of owners and householders is called to this important matter, and all persons failing to comply with the By-Laws will render themselves liable to prosecution.
