' NOTICE is hereby given that Section 50 of the Borough By-Law provides that every owner of a buildinr wherein or whereon any horse or other beast of draught or burden, or any cattle, or swine ar e kept shall provide in connection with such buiirlmg a suitable receptacle of approved mater*ial for the reception of manure, soil filth* etc., and shall also cause the removal of the contents of such receptacle at least once weekly. T-hd attention of ?.ll persons concerned is directed fo the By-Law and any person failing or neglecting to comply therewith will render himself liable to prosecution. NOTICE is hereby given that the contractor to the Council will visit premises within the' Borough for the removal of refuse and nightsoil at least once weekly. Section 189 of the Bor.ough By-Laws provides that every person shall be guilty of an offence who removes refuse or nightsoil where a contract is existing.
