Mr. Janies McGavern, of Hunterville, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, acted as best man.
After the ceremony a. reception was held at Perhams, by Mrs. Hambly, sister of the bride. The usual toasts were enthusiastically honoured. The presents were costly and numerous. The happy couple afterwards left for the north, where the honeymoon will be spent. The bride’s travelling costume was of light grey with hat to match.
