DEFENCE NOTES.
Taihape's quota for the Kith Reinforcements is three mounted men and all available infantry. Any Maoris tit and available are to proceed from Taihapo on May 4th.
The Taihape quota of the Kith Reinforcements will proceed to Palmerston oir Ist May and go into camp at Trcntham on the following day. P. T. Casebourne,- of Booth’s Siding, will proceed to camp on 4th May to join the Tunnelling Corps.
