SENSATIONAL REPORTS IN HOLLAND.

DUTCH CABINET MINISTERS IN COUNCIL. SUGGESTED RESULT OP PARTS CONFERENCE. ✓ THE CABLE FROM ENGLAND TO HOLLAND CUT. LONDON, April 2. Delayed messages from tlie Hague state that there wag excitement in Holland on Friday owing to a repoit that officers’ furlough had'been suddenly withdrawn and that goods trains had been requisitioned. The reports were soon authoritatively denied, but later reports announce that an extraordinary council of Ministers has been held. The “Nieuwe Courant” says: No immediate danger of war seems to exist. The anxiety that has arisen is not connected with the Tubantia sinking. The cause lies in the general war situation, which is entering a new phase, giving Holland cause for special anxiety. The paper conjectures that the changed situation may be the outcome of the Paris conference, and adds; The Cabinet Council contemplates an early secret sitting of the second Chamber. Messages from Amsterdam state that Scandinavian shipping is astir owing to rumours that the Entente propose a complete blockade of Germany. The cables connecting Holland and England have been cut .only postal communication being available.
