TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF TAiHAPE AND DISTRICT. The local Bakers for some time past hav e recognised that their system of delivering bread on credit is unsatisfactory, both to themselves and the general public. Setting aside mistakes that often occur there is the expense of book-keeping, the loss of discount and dispute or error from time to time. In these days of excessive cost in living the price of bread is an important factor. The undersigned haye therefore decided to inaugurate an entirely Cash System from Ist APRIL, 1916. Customers can either pay on delivery or purchase coupons for cash at a cheaper rate. By so doing it is plain that thrift will be encouraged, labour saved and error discounted. For these reasons it ig confidently assumed that this new departure will meet with whole hearted support. We are — / BUTCHART BROS. N. DENNESS MILNE & CO. W.
