The London Film Co. are noted for their fine productions, one of their special staijsl ,being. showfn to-night, "The M'an in the Attic," of 4000 feet. It is the story of a tea girl, and the actions of an intemperate mother, the struggle for existence, intense realism is the dominant note in this drama, reflecting 'accurately the intensity in the lives of the London poor. It contains thrills and mystery, and a most unusual love story. The supporting programme is "Australian Gazette," "The Little Lumber Jack" a 2000 feet "Majestic drama," and a farce comedy, "Pokes and Jabs in Mashers." .We Avould remind prize winners in the recent writing contest to be pre-, sent this evening, when the prizes will be presented by His Worship the M'ayor.
