TAIHAPE GYMNASIUM CLUB.
ANNUAL MEETING,
The annual meeting of the Taihape Gymnasium Club was held last evening, My W. J. H McCormick presiding over t good attendance.
The balance-sheet, which showed a credit balance of £i 12/9, was adopted. The following officers wqre elected for the ensuing season:—Patron, Mr. R. W. Smith, M.P.; President, Rev. R. H. Catherwood; Vice-Presidents, Mrs. A. L. Arrowsmitb, Mrs. R. J. Boyd, Rev. Father Connolly, and Mr. W. McLennan; Treasurer, Mr. W. J. McCor-
mick; Secretary, Mir. D. Tidswell: Committee, Messrs. J. Dunlop, Greenwood, Cody, Greenlees, F. White,, and E. Plaistcd,
The subscriptions for the quarter wer e fixed at 10/G for men, 5/ far boys; (if two or more in a family, 3/ each); ladies, to be arranged. It was decided to hold tho opening night for ladies on Monday next, and for men and boys on Tuesday night. The ladies will meet on Mondays a>Thursdays, and the men and boys on Tuesdays and Fridays.
