Abrahams and Williams report on their special Cattle' Fair, held cn 9th inst. —We yarded over 900 cattle and. disposed of practically all at very satisfactory prices as ccnrfpared nvith ether stock centres. We quote: Fat and forward bullocks £l2 12/6, £l3, £l3 10/-, £l3 15/- to £l4 2/6; 3Jyr. do. £ll, £ll 11/6, to £l2; 2|yr. s.h. steers £B, £8 8/- to £9 2/-; 21yr. Hereford steers £lO 9/-; 2Jyr. p.a. steers £10; 18 month steers, small, £4 18/-; better sorts £6, £6 2/6, £6 8/-; £7 14/6; fat cow r s £8 10/-; £9 10/-, £9 17/6, £lO 10/- to £ll 6/-; Syr s.h. heifers £7 1/-, smaller sorts £.4 17/6 to £5 10/-; 18 month heifers £3 10/-, £3 15/- to £4 4/- cows and calves £5 10/-, £5 15/-, £5 17/6 to £6 6/-; weaner steers 35/-, 44/-, to 50/-; weaner heifers 30/-, 35/- to 37/6; bulls £4 to £7.
