LONDON, March S. The “Times” states that Mr. Hughes’ speeches are cf unusual importance and interest. We have hitherto net had in Britain a statesman able to speak with the voice of three Dominions. Mr. Hughes is the representative of Australia, also an ambassador for Canada and New Zealand. Conferences with Sir R. L. Borden and Mr. Massey established an agreement on many poinjfi% If Mr. Massey dees not reach London earlier, Mr. Hughes, Sir R. L. Borden and Mr. Massey will hold informal conferences in Canada.
