President Wilson has requested tie Chairman <of the Rules Committee of the HQUSe of Representatives to obtain a vote respecting.armed merchantmen. The Senate will be asked to do similarly. Mr. Wilsons letter to the Chairman says the reports that Congress is divided is being industriously used in Berlin and Vienna, exposing the country to serious risks, He asks that immediate resolutions be passed to scatter all doubts. It is expected that action will be taken on Thursday.
