The "Times" Milan correspondent believes 'an offensive from Salonika would bring in Roumania. Mr. Jeffries, writing from Athens, says that all the Bulgars are reported to be retiring to the Roumanian frontier, Germans replacing them on the

Greek frontier. A Salonika correspondent reports that extensive movements of the Allies in Macedonia portends an offensive by General Sarrail, but the "Times" correspondent announces that the advance along the Vardar was only" a cavalry column seizing defensive positions.
