REPORTED AB'OUT TO JOIN ENTENTE. BIG EVENTS PENDING. LONDON, February 12. A Milan despatch from Bucharest states that Roumania appears to he definitely on the point of joining the Allies. Military preparations are in progress openly. There is no [ longer any doubt as to their ultimate ; object. GREEK AND ROUMANIAN CONSULS. EXPELLED FROM MQNASTIR. BY THE GERMANS. (Reed. 11.20 a.m.) I SALONIKA, February 13. The Germans have expelled the Greek and Roumanian Consuls from Monastir, fearing they would learn Austro-Gennan plans in that region. The Roumanian Consul declares that the Bulgarians are terrorising the Greeks at Monastir and ill-using women.
