Mr. House, interviewed in London, said he had not heard peace discussions anywhere. He purposely avoided it aiid spoke guardedly concerning the conditions in Berlin. He saw no signs of anything in particular. Asked if his trips had been successful, he replied: "It depends on what you call successful. I am quite satisfied."
