Public Notice is hereby given that, 'in pursance of, and in exercise of the powers vested in it by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908" and "The ■Local Bcdie s Loans Act 1913" and the ■ amendments thereof, the Taihape Bor ough Council proposes to raise a spa cial Loan in respect to that part of the Borough of Taihape known as the "Taihape Water Supply and Electric Lighting Special Rating District," as under: (a.) The particular purpose for which the Loan is required is to procure and supply a supplementary Plant; for the Borough's Water and Electric Lighting Scheme, (b.) The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £3500. \(c.) The proposed Security for payment of Interest and Sinking Fund on such Loan is a proportion of the revenue from Electric Lighting. A Sinking Fund of 1 per cent per annum will he provided for repayment of tha Loan, (d.)
