Matthew Wilson, Dr. Robert J. Boyd, Arthur Green 11. Wapp, F. Hoffman, Frederick Jurgens, and H
O’Callaghan were chargid with driving vehicles after sunset without displaying two lights, and each was convicted and fined 7/6. Win. Draper
was charged with driving a horse round a corner at other than a walk-
ing pace, a conviction being entered and a fine of 10/ imposed. For driving bullocks through Moawhango Township on a Sunday, George Neil was convicted and lined 10/.
H. Wapp was ordered to pay the sum of £ll 12/ in two monthly instalments and the order was varied by
consent from .10/ per week to 20/ per week.
Judgment for plaintiffs by default was given in the following cases: — R. C. Ongley v. Hoeroa Tiopira., £9, costs 29/(1; G. Parker v Hoeroa Tiopira, £39,17/1, costs £3; Jopp and McNamara v.
