England is making elaborate preparations for a big aerial attack on tire German fleet in the Kiel Canal, according to Or. 0. Robinson, an aeroplane expert, w&o arrived from Liverpool at New York on December 20 01 the steamer St. Paul. Robinson'} been supervising the assembling of Curtis aeroplanes at the Hendon aviation field of the British Government. While he would not state directly that the formation of a big aero fleet was for an attack on the German war craft and the Krupp works at Essen, he fct it be inferred that such was the ease, and predicted that the world would be astonished at several developments scheduled for the near future
