GERMA,N OFFICERS' TALK. LONDO|N T , December 7. The correspondent of the "Times" at Amsterdam says that a party of Dutch Red Cros s sisters has returned from Serbia. They were informed dy the Germans that they were no longer needed. The sisters have described the hardships and dange'ir s they endured, and state that the Germans during theii; entr'y to Kragujevatz, fijred on the Netherlands flag over the Red Cross flag. Its removal was demanded. High Gelrman officers stated that little Holland would no longer exist after the war, which proved that the independence of small States, if Germany was victorious, would be impossible. The wounds received by the Serbians showed that dum-dnm burets had been used. The Germans took over +he r,r;op:ios, causing telrrible suffering. Wounded Serbians died Hk3 fies. Fourteen were shot because they did rot work quickly enough. A patie.it with a fractured skull, who was unable to keep up, was repeatedly stuck with a bayonet, and his body was covered with bleeding wounds.
