METEORLOGICAL.
RAINFALL FOR THE MONTH. Mr. A. R. Fannin has kindly furnished the folloiwng meteorological statistics for November: —The rainfall for the month of November was 5.95 inches. There were 23 days with rain and the maximum fall was 0.76 Inches on the 9th. The average fall for the corresponding month of the previous ton years is 3./ 1 inches. The mean maximum temp, in the shade was 58.-1 degrees Fah. The mean minimum temp, in the shade was 43.9 do rrrees Fah. The extreme maximum temp, in the shade was 69 degrees Fah on the 16th, and the extreme minimum temp, in the shade was 37 degrees Fah. on the 9th. The mean torrcstial radiation (grass) temp, was a 0 9 degrees Fah., the minimum being 37 degrees Fah on the 3rd. The mean earth'temp, at 3 feet was 53.2 degrees Fah.: for November of last year it was 52.9 degrees Fah.
