"THE GIRL IN THE TRAIN."
The'box pin for "The Girl in the Train," the successful musical comedy to be staged at the Town Hall, Taihape, on Saturday evening next, the 27th November, is now open at Finch's Bazaar. The "Train" s proving equally as successful as "The Taxi," which was produced here recently by the company to appear on Saturday night. Miss Violet Collinson plays the part of Mss Gonda Van der Loo, Miss Ida Leggatt is Juna Buren, and Mr. D. B. O'Connor is cast for Karl Buren, and Mr. Frank Haining as Monieur Van Syck, president of the Divorce Court, suported by the other members of the company. "The Giri in the Train" abounds in bright and tuneful music, witty dialogue, and intensely humourous situations. The musical comedy is said to be full of vim and go from the rise to the fall of the curtain. It will be the tost appearance of the company in Taihape ofr some little time, as it is now on its way to Wellington to take boat for Sydney,
