Tallow: We quote present spot values for the following descriptions: Fine mutton, 42/9 per cwt.; good beef. 41/6; mixeL 39/3. The market is firm, with an upward tendency." SYDNEY WOOL SALES. A (NEW RECORD. SYDNEY, November 16 At the wool sales, grei*/ merinos made a new record of 19J 1 HOME WOOL TRADE PROSPECTS. LONDON, Nop. 15. The wool trade does not expect any fresh orders for military clothing in. England for the next six months, andt therefore manufacturers will have to rely exclusively on the normal business of the Home market, or with neutral countries, though possibly there will be some orders for military purposes from the Allied Governments.
