Mr Fisher intends to tour Australia, acquainting himself -with all important facts, before leaving the country.
THE SUPPLY OF SHELLS. SYDNEY, This Day. A number of firms have agreed to supply in the aggregate 5000 shell bodies per month. The Colonial Sugar Company is supplying 1000, and the Company is giving any profit to the war funds.
RECONSTRUCTION OF CABINET.
ADELAIDE, This Day. Mr Archibald, referring to the reconstruction of the Cabniet, said it was brought about by scheming, hungry, greedy place-hunters. He accused Mr O'Malley of frequenting the Trades Hall with the object of influencing the industrial section. He claims he was not given the right to defend himself against charges which arose in connection with the adherence to the Cabinet "policy.
VACCINATION COMMITTEE REPORT.

Infant vaccination i s effectives in eighty per cent, cf cases, adults in 60 per cent. 'There was only 108 deaths from smallpox in Australia in 30 years.

In the House Mr Hughes stated that It -wa s not intended to consider the formation of a National Ministry. Ashed whether, in view of the fae.s revealed by Ashmead Bartlett, it was not time the Government came to some arrangement about the Gallipoli •campaign, as we were apparently sending men to useless slaughter. Mr Hughes replied, We knew that we owed the Imperial Government the duty of refraining from criticism. The duty of this Government was to mind its own ibusiness, and t-o send, effectively -equipped, the quota of men asked for.
