Fear;- section 7, block S, Ngamatea, 345 a lr, D. Allen to W. Merson. Miscellaneous. It was resolved to grant H. Garmondsway a permit to occupy seetians S and 9, block 10, Mataroa township, under section 130 of the Land Act. 190 S, at a rent of £1 per annum sub-, ect tO' the usual conditions. It was resolved to re-offer section 7. block 3, Kakahi township, 0a lr Op, on renewable lease at present rental with value of improvements reduced from £BS to £SO.

With regard to the money received for improvements on section 31, Ohnkune V.S., it was resolved to make, a charge against it of £0 0/3 arrears of rent due to Ohakune Town Board for 1913-14, and to pay over this amount to the said board under section 143 (5) of the Land Act, 190 S, to deduct also £4 4/10 as arrears of rent and costs of re-offering due to the Crown, and to pay over the balance to the person entitled to receive it. It was resolved to invite tenders for the lease of a term of five years ef part section 5, block 14, Kaitieke S.D., about IS] acres, at an upset rent of £9' per annum, under sectiono 130 of | the Land Act, 108, subject to t'ie j usual conditions, and to graves and right-of-way thereto being excluded'.

It was resolved to offer T. Midgley a permit to occupy from year to year sections 1,2, 5, (5, 7,8, and part 9, block G, Manga weka North Township, area 2a Or 9p, Manga weTca North Township, area. 2a Or 9p, at a rent of £5 13/ per annum, subject to the usual conditions.

It was resolved to determine tliosplitting permits issued to the undermentioned persons for the reasons stated opposite eacli name: —No. 29,530, A. Peck, Horopito (nothing- done, left district); No. 25,335, H. Kelly (Horopito (left district); No. 259,995, C. Buttimore, Kangataua (completed work); No. 29,059, A. H. Cuff, Ranrimu (abandoned his intentions); No. 29,5()5, J. A. Miller, Horopito (nothing done); No. 10/22, J. Maher, Taumarunni (completed work).

Special Resolutions. It was resolved to accept a surrender of J. Goodgcr's lease of sections 119. 123, and 129, Eaetini township, and issue' a separate lease for each section, at the same rental in terms of sections 10 and 12 of the Public Bodies Lea sing-Powers Act, 190 s. It was resolved to rescind the forfeiture of section 15. Mock 5, Eaurimr township, as the rent had been paid up in full. H W. The Waimnrino Connty Council submitted proposals for the expenditure of thirds accrued to March 31st last, amounting to £fl3S 17/7, and it was resolved to approve subject to investigation by the ranger, and so far asthe amounts are available. It was resolved to re-offer cti renewable lease, section 2, Mock 1, West Township, 1 rood, at a reugWo ?><? revised by the ranger, weighted* with £7 for improvements.

It was resolved to re-offer, on renewable lease, sectiono 2, block 15, Hoeopifb West Township, lr 35'p, at a rent to be revised by the ranger, weighted with £3 for improvements.

In continuation of the resolution of July 29th, 1915, with regard to Messrs. Adsett and Manning's application for a mill site, it was resolved to approve of the site where chosen by them.

T. and H. Mudridge renewed theirapplieation for part of section (>. block 12. Mangamri, as a site for theirworkers r cottages, arid it was resolved to refer to ranker for report. It was agreed to rescind the forfeiture of sections 18 and 19, block 5. Katrrfmn Township, as the rent had been paid np in full.
