THREE STARS THEATRE. A really good Society drama will be shown to-night of human nature, and a supfreme power of conveying to the audience the undercurrents which sway the actions cf the characters for good and evil. In the merry part of this programme is a comedy "Coney Island Nightmare" and is guaranteed to amuse you. There are dramas, educational and a War Gazette, the whole makirfe' a good everiing's entertainment.

Mr. AY. Milne, baker, is advertising, in this issue, for two delivery car* drivers. In moving the second reading of the War Regulations Amendment Bill No. 2. the Hon. Mr. Herd man explained that the principal object of the measure was to enable the Minister o* Munitions to have first claim on the manufactures establishments of the country in connection with the mar.---facture of articles required for war purposes. The second part of the bill was to validate all regulations made up to the present time under the War Regulations Act. The bi?l was read a second time, put. through committee, and passed.
