Milne and Co. and H. Bosher, a claim for £4 12/ with costs 10/; Commissioner of Taxes and H. H. Scott, £1 8/8, costs 5/; same and J- A. Wilkinson, £1 18/6, costs 5/; S. S. Timbs and John Hamilton, £2l 7/4, cost» £2 19/; J. De Luen and H. Harris, £3, costs IS/; H. D. Bennett and Co. and J. Guy, £2l 0-11, costs £3; Waiwa Rangi and W. Wood, £29 If, costs£2 14/; P. Potaka and Brian Peachey, £l6 10/, costs £1 18/6; Nelson Denness and James Stead, £3 0/9, costs

£2 2/. Thomas F. Nolan, who made no appearance, wa s ordered to pay C. Wajiklyn the sum of £9 11/11 on or before the 27th October, in default nine days' imprisonment.

The Inspector of Awards proceeded against certain carpenters for working

on Saturday afternoon without charging overtime rates. A. Rushbrooke, H, Rodewald, M. Pinkuey v. Banks, F. Kellow and J. Allen were each fined 2/6; J. Colling was fined 7/6. M. Collier 5/ and G. Edking 1/. The employers, N.Z. Home Builders, Ltd, were fined £4- and £1 on two charges and 1 in a, third charge, plaintiff was nonsuited, no costs being allowed.
