CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. p The City Council decided that .no f celebration of Trafalgar Day be held this year. The Mayor remarked that the Battle of Trafalgar was fought between Britain and France, and as both Powers were loyaJ Allies at the present time, it was a delicate question as to i whether the day should be celebrated any longer.
