The submarine E 7, -which has been gunk in the Sea of Marora, was commanded by Lieutenant-Commander A. W. Cochrane, who was formerly in commailfc'"Mhe Dl, and was mentioned in the dispatches concerning the action J in the Heligoland Bight on August 2S \as having been in contact with the enemy. Sub-Lieutenant Twyman, who was on the E 7, had received the Distinguished Service Cross. An. assistant secretary, who must bo aa accountant, is wantwt-v by Miss Wheauaroa's Queen Carnival Commit•tee to take charge of all office work. See Advertisement.
