It provides for a six hours' day from bank to bank in the case of miners. HOTEL CLOSING BILL. PERTH. This Day. The Assembly passed the Hotel Closing Referendum Bill, though in the committee stages they rejected a proposal to close the Parliamentary bar. The closing penalises a man taking wine or beer at dinner. Mr. Scaddan remarked that it would mane them drink tea. . SANATOGEjN. (Rec. 8.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day.
