TAIHAPE FREEZING WORKS.
A telegram has been received by the ■ Chairman of Directors of the Otaihape Meat Freezing Company from the Prime Minister to say that he will not be able to make a public speech in Taihape on the evening of Monday, 13th, but that the rest of the programme falls in with his arrangements. The train for Winiata will leave Taihape about half-past twelve, returning again at four-thirty, and the general public is invited to the function at the works on that day. The ceremony wO take place immediately after the arrival of the train, after which a free luncheon w r be served.
