veterinary supervision which secures absolute cleanliness, the testing of dairy herds for health purposes, the co-operatirve system employed, the methods of the factories, the grading and the sterilised treatment of by-pro-ducts to secure absolute health of young stock. It also treats of the possibilities of an increased output, and winds up with a statement showing th<great productiveness of the Dominion, amounting to more than £27,500,000 in exports for the year:. It is pointed out that the difference existing 'between the value of exports and imports means an accumulation of capital for the further development of'the Dominion.
