"WITH THE FIGHTING FORCES OF EUROPE." New Zealand's bravo sons who returned by the Willochra can draw word sketches of some of the fighting forces whom they encountered on tno barren ramparts of southern Turkey, but they cannot show the public a picture of those forces, what they actually look dike, the colours of their uniforms, the shade of their dusky complexions, the tones of the landscape as can the wonderful kinemacolour pictures, "With the Fighting Forces oi Europe," to be exhibited here shortly. This marvellous picture lends eyes to the whole world to see at close range the armies that are at present engaged in the great struggle for the emancipation of a universe. That this is the case cannot be rationally argued after Italy's intervention. Italy was one of the Triple Alliance, and at the outset of the war it was anticipated that if she jumped then into the fray it would have been on the side of Germany and Austria, but her wise statesmen saw that German predominance would mean in time the subjugation or Italy, and that the whole of Europe would probably lie crushed and bleeding under the ruthless heel of the argogant Prussian. Eealising this, Italy bided her time, made ready, ■ and today, as we all know, is at Austria's throat determined to regain Trentina and Trieste with as much heart as France is winning back Alsace anc Lorraine. In the kinemacolour pictures glimpses are shown of Italy's superb cavalry in action. These men artnoted for their feats of horsemansljrp, and their prowess in negotiating difficult country is accurately pictured in the natural colours. Italy's raethoca of transport are also shown, her battleships sail'-.in + o view, and from the masts of some of the vessels the intrepid sailors are shown diving into the deep blue of the Mediterranean. The kinemacolour pictures, "WitH the Fighting Forces of Europe," will be shown at the Town Hall, Taihapo, on Monday night next. These remarkable pictures can only be shown lictc for one night, and as they are absolur-?-ly exclusive, no other firm can show them.
