The importation of foreign eggs into New Zealand was referred to in the House of Representatives, when Mr. C. J. Parr (Eden) said that he had had complaints from poultry farmers that American eggs wore coming into this country by hundreds of thousands, and | were being sold as fresh-laid New Zea*.a,ml eggs. He asked the Minister for Agriculture if he would introduce legislataion to provide that these eggs should be branded as foreign. The Hon. W. D. S.
