KING ’B THEATRE
The fourth, series of “The Adven
turos of Katlilyn ” will bo. shown tonight, entitled “The Toyal Slave.” After Katlilyn's seemingly marvellous escape in the third series, we now find her the victim of fanatical men. She is still pursued by wild beasts, and takes refuge in a hunting booth situated in a tree with spreading branches, used by natives searching for wild animals. She is captured by slave traders and sold in the slave market. Who is the purchaser? Well/ that is one of the thrills of this scries. The programme includes a fine Majestic drama, “The Unpainted Portrait,” Australian Gazette, “Jim’s Vindication,” “The House Breakers,” “Love, Oil, and Grease” (comedy), and War Cartoons (“John Bull on Top.”)
THREE STARS THEATRE,
A magnificent Edison drama, entitled “Tracked by the Hounds.” will head the change of programme tonight. This is a story full of pleasant thrills and replete with sweet sentiment. A millionaire’s dan ghter is i n love with a worthy man, but obstacles are placed in her way. A villainous count plays a cltever game, but comes to grief. “The Mill of Life” (a beautiful Yitagraph drama). “The Silent Accuser” (a feature play). “South African Rebellion, ” Gazette, and the latest Keystone make up a good programme.
On next Thursday will be shown a great picture, dealing with the present war. Particulars later.
