WELLINGTON, August 10 An Order-in-Ccuncil just Gazetted provides that if the Attorney-General-is satisfied in respect of any company, firm or person carrying on business in New Zealand that any alien enemy, whether resident in New Zealand or elsewhere, is interested in that business, and that the business is beingcarried on under representations 'calculated to mislead the public as to the persons interested in that business, the Attorney-Gene,rr.l may, hy notlce in the Gazette, prohibit that company, firm or person from continuing to carry on business in New Zealand.
