Another raid was made by a German, aeroplane in'the environs of Paris recently. About half-past eleven in th.e morning, a appeared over .. flying at a height of mere than 2000 metres Ten bombs were thrown, and then th e machine turned and flew away, pursued fey French' aviators, its brief-raid having • lasted ■ barely four minutes. Two of the; bombs fell in the courtyard of a bakery', the others on a vacant plot of land and on the roads. Theydid no- damage ,and nobody was injured. Th}e fragments of the bombswere collected by the police and sent to the .Paris municipal laboratory. M. Kling, director, ' has made an investigation in regard to the eight bombs dropped by' the. German ' aerdplane ■ which flew over Paris on Saturday. Six of thes e bombs, it appears, were of a small type, the two others, particularly those that fell La the Place de, Van'girard, were much larger, and wer® capable of doing extensive damage.
