THE COURT CARDS ON FRIDAY

That favourite of all musical costume comedy companies, the Court Cards, will bid a farewell to Taihape on Friday, and in doing so, will present an entirely new programme embracing many novelties. Everywhere the Cards have been recognised as establishing quite a new standard in their particular line cf entertainment, and on this, their last appearance here, prior to departure for Sydney next week, they will he found to be even more entertaining and amusing than on their initial performance locally some six months ago. Music and mirth will be judiciously blended by these expert purveyors of amusement, and a thoroughly enjoyable evening is bound to result. Th e capabilities of the individual members of the Cards are too well recognised right throughout the Dominion to require, further dilating upon, for wherever treir hand has been dealt, th e Cards have sanked as first favuorites.
