RAILWAY BLOCKED.
BETWEEN TAIHABE AND TE KUi'iT
GREAT TROUBLE CAUSED,
EXPRESS TRAINS CANCELLED
MANY TRAINS HELD UP,

Advices received by the Railway Department show that considerable trouble is experienced as the result of slips cn the Main Trunk Railway, between Taiha.pe and Te Kuiti. The position at present is the Wednesday night's Wellington to Auckland train, and Thursday's &.10 train to Auckland ar G held up at Taumarunui, and Auckland’s mid-day and night trains on Thursday are held up at Te Kuiti To-night's *.lO train to Auckland is cancelled, as also is Auckland's mid day train to 'Wellington.
