AMERICA’S WAR DANGER.
In his address in connection with the laying of the cornerstone of the new County Court House, at Albany, Justice Walter ILoyd Smith declared that the United States was in actual, and not fancied danger of war. He said: “Japan, with her powerful army and navy, denied equal rights in this country, is only awaiting a fit opportunity for reprisal.”
