INSANE REVOLVER USE- * A MAN ARRESTED. AUCKLAND, This Day. A man who gav e his name as Charles Norman was arrested last night on charges of drunkenness and firing a revolver on Stanley Bay wharf. It is stated that about 7.45 p.m., accused was standing on the end of the wharf firing a revolver in all directions. Two young men saw a flash and a bullet went within a foot of their heads. The man who fired the shots was dressed' in a Salvation Army uniform. A new five-chambered, revolver and a number of cartridges were found in his possession.
