THE KAISER PIQUED OMITS USUAL GOOD MORNING DISCONTENT IN CAMP HINNDENBERG NOT MENTIONED (Reed 9.50 a.m.) ROME, July 11. Owing to differences over Galicia the Kaiser, for some days, refrained from sending his usual morning telegram to Franz Josef. It is notable that Hindenbarg’s name is not mentioned in recent despatches.
