LONDON WOOL SALES. WELLINGTON, July 7. Dalgety and Company, Limited, Wellington, have received the following cablg information from their London house Under date sth instant: As compared wtih last sales rates good combing greasy merinos, free, are 10 per cent, higher, and other sorts 5 per cent. Best scoured have advanced 15 to 20 per cent., and inferior 5 per cent. In Crossbred fine qualities are 10 per cent, higher, and medium and coarse 5 to 7t per cent. STOCK REPORTS. TAIHAPE SALE. Abraham and Williams, Limited, report on Taihapg sale, held on the 7th inst: We had a fair entry of sheep and cattle, which sold decidedly in favour of vendors, showing a big rise in prices right through.. We quote: Two-tooth to 5-yr ewes in lamb, 21/2 21/7, 17/4, 17/; fat wethers 25A £l/11; mixed lambs 16/, 15/, 14/, 13/3; extra good lambs 21/11; small lambs 10/ to 8/S.
