The emigration of young men from Vest Ireland to America has aroused itention. ;Mr. Dillon, in the House of Comions, said the Nationalists resented lie Government's restriction and delined to join the Cabinet because it ras inconsistent with Independent Naionalists' views, but they would siuerely aid the Government to bring the >ar to a triumphant conclusion.
