STOCK REPORT. DaJgety and Company, Ltd., Palmerston North, report having their usual fortnightly sale at Taihape on tjia 9th June, when a good yarding of sheep and a small yarding of cattle were offered to a large attendance of buyers, Bidding was spirited and all linos met with ready sale. Ther e was strong demand for all classes of sheep and prices showed a marked advance over late rates. We can quote: Sheep.—Mixed woolly lambs to 14/8; wether lambs, shorn, to 14/8: mixed age ewes in lamb, good, to 20/1; ditto medium, to 17/6; ditto fair, to 13/3; ditto, culls, to 8/: empty ewes, 11/6 to 2-th wethers 19/ to 19/9; 2 and 4-tn forward wethers, to 24/; ranis to 10/.
