KING'S THEATRE*. i _____ The wonderful invention of a German secret agent, by which he -is able to fathom the thoughts of men and women, is the crux of an exciting and fascinating story now being screened at the King's Theatre. The title of the story, "A Eeader of Minds," indicates an unusual type of picture, and the film should be seen by patrons who are lovers of good drama. The second series of "Dolly of the Dailies'' is being shown, and the Keystone comedy included in the programme is guaranteed to produce roars of laughter. TOWN HALL PICTURES. This place of amusement has a very good current programme, which includes a wide range of subjects. The leading film is a dramatic war stoiy, "Sinews of War," a picture full of sensational excitement and emotional incidents. It depicts life in the trenches and the genral tenor of life at the front. The numerous scenes are realistically portrayed, making it a picture of exceptional interest. Other good dramatic subjects arebeing shown. and also humorous films. This programme will be shown to-night only. THREE STARS THEATRE. An entirely new programme is to be submitted at this theatre to-night, and it contains a number of excellent tures. The dramatic element is well to the front, and a fine picture entitled "Express Messenger" is an exciting drama, depicting the work of "crooks" and the manner of their capture by the express messenger. A war special is to be screened to-night, which will contain a great number of typical incidents. A comedy entitled "A Train of Incidents" is a very laughable one, and so is another entitled "Jinks and the Barber." It is an all-round good programme. "' ' ;
